To improve wellbeing through fostering conversations, connections and collaborations across sectors and within communities. Not as experts, but as advocates and people who care.
More people in Cornwall are healthy than are ill or at risk.
More focus and attention on health creation and maintenance than on prevention or managing ill-health.
When communities work, learn and enjoy together, people take better care of themselves, each other and their environment. Radical change is required, and it can only emerge through co-creation. It can't be mandated, suggested or controlled.
We connect wellbeing influencers. Not as experts, but as community members who believe that talk has value. We don't help people directly with health or mental health issues but we do advocate talking about it.
We work with organisations, communities, groups and individuals in all sectors who have an interest in wellbeing in society.
Connections and relationships.
Enjoyment and energy.
